Insurance
I am a contracted provider for several insurance companies. However, please be aware that statements made by the insurance company about coverage do not guarantee payment of services. Responsibility for payment of therapy/counseling services is ultimately that of the client.
I often see out-of-network clients with alternative insurance plans. I can provide a monthly invoice which you can present to your insurance company or flex plan for reimbursement.

Fees
- Payment (Co-payments / Deductibles) is due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash / check/ debit/ credit.
- Reduced fee services are available for clients who do not wish to use their insurance or do not have insurance. Please call for arrangements
Therapy / counseling Services
- 45 minutes – Individual Session = $200.00
- 45 minutes – Family Session = $200.00
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a therapy / counseling appointment requires 48 hour notice. If a client cancels in less than 48 hours of the appointment, the client is still responsible for the full charge of the scheduled session. Missed sessions will not be covered by insurance.
